Current Plat Book
When I was a kid my dad always bought a county Plat Book every year. We used to pour over them, not just our land but the entire township and county and towns. I was happy to find this book and its detail is great. My familiy’s land is clearly marked and it’s fun to look at the neighborhood and township again. This revealed a couple of surprise LLC names near us that we thought belonged to our cousins. Price is a bit steep but this is very clearly done, well presented and there are other features than just the land titles.
